What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic People Roadmap aligned with business growth.
- Design scalable organizational structures and leadership systems.
- Lead and mentor the People & Culture team, integrating talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Refine recruitment strategy and strengthen employer branding.
- Implement retention strategies and foster a culture of feedback and development.
- Optimize People Operations processes, including compensation and compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in senior roles within tech-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of hybrid/remote work models and European employment regulations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision making.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable people systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR technology platforms.
- German language proficiency.
- Experience in telecommunications or high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
