What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic People Roadmap aligned with business growth.
  • Design scalable organizational structures and leadership systems.
  • Lead and mentor the People & Culture team, integrating talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Refine recruitment strategy and strengthen employer branding.
  • Implement retention strategies and foster a culture of feedback and development.
  • Optimize People Operations processes, including compensation and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in senior roles within tech-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid/remote work models and European employment regulations.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision making.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable people systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR technology platforms.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Experience in telecommunications or high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
