What you will do

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap balancing immediate delivery with long-term scalability
• Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from prototype through production and deployment
• Scale existing teams and build new ones including QA, DevOps, and Solutions Architecture
• Mentor senior engineers and team leads to maintain high standards of quality and performance
• Collaborate with founders to shape product strategy and prepare for Series B funding

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in software engineering/AI/ML with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience scaling teams in Series A/B startup environments
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), web and mobile app delivery, and data pipelines
• Ability to influence at board level combining strategic vision with operational delivery
• Visa sponsorship available
