What you will do

• Lead delivery and implementation of SAP ERP Sub-ledger and General Ledger modules.
• Oversee business process design, documentation, and requirements finalization.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology and business groups to finalize functional and technical specifications.
• Manage governance, internal controls, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, audit, and risk teams to support financial close and reporting.
• Drive change management and support business users in testing and training.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA or Springfield, MA
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years hands-on SAP ERP/S4 HANA implementation experience.
• Strong finance acumen and understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP BW, BusinessObjects, SAP BPC, SAP Cloud, SAC, AO, and Fiori.
• Experience in financial institutions and insurance statutory accounting.
