What you will do

• Build features and launch experiments to unlock growth opportunities.
• Work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment.
• Contribute to a high-quality engineering culture focused on rapid iteration and collaboration.
• Drive product experiments that significantly scale users and revenue.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software experience, preferably in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing.
• Experience generating and executing product experiments at scale.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility and accountability.
• Must live and work in the Americas timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and/or Node at scale.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or MySQL.
• DevOps experience, especially on AWS.
