What you will do

• Organize software development processes in small project teams
• Lead test planning, coverage, and estimation
• Design and execute all testing types and levels using advanced techniques
• Build test automation frameworks and implement advanced functional and non-functional test scenarios
• Manage defect orchestration and resolution
• Provide guidance, technical leadership, and training to less experienced staff

Requirements

• Remote work with presence in specified cities across Europe
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Gatling/JMeter, Rest-assured
• Ability to handle high complexity tasks and lead teams
