Product Analyst

We are a product IT company with over 10 years of product development experience. We are looking for an attentive and results-oriented Product Analyst with experience using Amplitude to conduct in-depth analysis of user behavioural patterns. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively create behaviour profiles and use Amplitude to accurately analyse data. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to integrate analytics into the product development cycle and influence the product roadmap. And, working closely with top management and company owners to provide analysis results, insights and recommendations for product improvements.
 
 Responsibilities:
- Use Amplitude to analyse user behaviour and generate actionable insights to help inform product decisions.
- Formulate product strategies and roadmap, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Define key metrics and create dashboards to track product performance.
- Conduct in-depth analyses including:
- Cohort analysis
- A/B testing
- Retention analyses
- Heat maps
- Shape Analysis
- Funnel Analysis
- Session Repeats
- User surveys
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve user engagement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on rigorous data analysis to improve user experience and product performance.
- Work closely with design, product development and marketing teams to integrate data analytics into the product development process.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst in a technology orientated environment.
- Deep experience with all of Amplitude’s behavioural analytics and insight tools is a must.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to build complex queries.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy through data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, a talent for interpreting complex data and drawing important conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate level and above.
