What you will do

• Provide expert support to clients in the energy industry, focusing on commodity trading, from requirements analysis to solution implementation.
• Ensure alignment between business concepts and implemented artifacts within delivery teams.
• Take hands-on ownership in implementing specific energy solutions, including CTRM/ETRM systems and digital data platforms.
• Manage transformation programs by coordinating implementation activities and providing guidance to delivery teams.
• Enhance delivery quality by providing input on methodological approaches based on solution expertise.

Requirements

• Above-average degree completion in computer science, business informatics, business administration, energy engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation programs within the commodity trading industry.
• Demonstrable experience working in teams of business analysts, developers, and QAs across multiple work streams.
• Hands-on technical knowledge in the design, implementation, and configuration of industry-leading commodity trading solutions (e.g., ETRM systems like Endur, Allegro Horizon, RightAngle, Deltix, Beacon).
• Basic end-to-end understanding of commodity trading systems landscapes, including core systems, interfaces, and data landscapes.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with a strong client and result-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
