What you will do

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Act as a product guardian, ensuring timely delivery of product requirements and informing management of testing status.
• Define and enhance QA processes for end-to-end feature development teams.
• Conduct meticulous exploratory and manual regression testing, identifying bugs and using tools like Jira for effective communication.
• Collaborate with other QA Engineers to improve QA activities and efficiency across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Experience using scrum methodology to address issues and potential bugs within an application during development cycles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in implementing and shaping company’s QA processes and strategies.
• Understanding of web tech stacks (backend, frontend).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in using Robot Framework or Selenium.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Experience working with a remote team.
