What you will do

• Lead and manage the networking and security team to foster collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
• Manage network infrastructure and connectivity across 700+ endpoints onsite in Frankfurt and colocation facilities.
• Oversee device access control using Palo Alto, WAFs, Cisco, O365, and Intune for edge network security.
• Improve endpoint security posture including mobiles, cloud services, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Create and manage the department budget for effective resource allocation.
• Establish and develop a 24/7 security monitoring service and incident response plan.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to embed networking and security initiatives enhancing user experience.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies with the IT Director.

Requirements

• CISSP certification or preparation for the exam
• 7+ years in security fields with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience with corporate firewalls, networks, colocation, and cloud environments.
• Expertise in detection technologies: NDR, EDR, XDR, and AI-driven detection.
• Understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, compliance, and security standards.
• Experience managing and developing budgets.
