Salary: $180,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Architect and lead the design of hirify.global’s next-generation identity platform.
• Develop high-performance Golang microservices for user identity management.
• Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to implement Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate IAM standards to enhance developer experience.
• Mentor engineering teams on secure service design and identity best practices.
• Define API and data security standards for compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in backend or systems engineering, with 5+ years in IAM services.
• Expertise in Golang and building distributed microservices.
• Proven experience with identity federation and access control systems.
• Understanding of authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Experience in high-availability systems in cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity systems for gaming or SaaS.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and policy-as-code.
• Background in security engineering or compliance automation.
