What you will do

• Manage the entire commercial function including Advertising, Publishing, and Media Buying.
• Build and implement commercial strategies focused on revenue growth and profitability.
• Perform financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and participate in planning and budgeting.
• Define and monitor KPIs and manage business units through performance metrics.
• Build effective management structures and oversee team leads and department heads.
• Participate in strategic negotiations and develop relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements

• Relocation to Limassol, Cyprus is mandatory.
• Proven experience as Chief Commercial Officer or similar leadership role in AdTech, FinTech, or online B2B.
• Strong team management experience with multi-layered structures.
• Deep expertise in financial analytics and unit economics.
• Strong commercial skills and successful B2B sales track record.
• Fluent English is required.
