What you will do
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models to improve product and business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, developers, and product managers
- Conduct deep exploratory analysis of massive product and user data
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support decision-making
- Participate in feature selection, A/B test design, and model validation
- Develop tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics and ensure data quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning
- Strong skills in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Understanding or willingness to learn ad tech and media buying fundamentals
- Fluent in SQL, especially ClickHouse (major plus)
- Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabytes to petabytes)
