What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists focused on homepage recommender and AI automation systems
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for data science products in buyer and supply domains
• Own key performance indicators and impact measurement through offline and online experimentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams
• Support team members’ career growth and proactively hire new talent
• Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the company

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proven experience leading data science teams and delivering data-driven business impact
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, experiment design, hypothesis testing, and machine learning systems
• Experience with recommender systems or personalization is an advantage
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on model productionization and MLOps is a plus
