What you will do

• Lead paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks, expanding scope based on performance
• Build and iterate scalable acquisition funnels targeting aggressive growth
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily using tools like GA4 and Voluum
• Own creative briefing and collaborate with content/product teams to optimize landing pages
• Build partnerships with traffic sources and adapt media strategy to ecosystem changes
• Automate acquisition processes and create SOPs for efficient scaling

Requirements

• Fluent English (C2)
• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven experience managing $500K to $1M+/month paid media spend
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, and dashboards
• Comfortable with NSFW content and adult network campaigns

Nice to have

• Exposure to subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
• Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic environments
• Experience in regulated verticals like dating, femtech, telehealth
• Scaling user acquisition for mobile apps
