What you will do

• Drive the design and balance of the game’s economy, including virtual currencies and pricing.
• Use AI-enhanced modeling to forecast economic shifts and balance systems.
• Design and manage token supply and utility for sustainability.
• Model macroeconomic scenarios affecting in-game behaviors.
• Develop strategies to prevent economic instability.
• Enhance content performance through A/B testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in game economies and monetization models.
• Strong understanding of player-driven and market-influenced economies.
• Proficiency in economic modeling using Excel, SQL, Python/R.
• Proven experience in economic modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of game mechanics and a passion for gaming.
