What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of secure custody solutions for multiple cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks.
• Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to define technical strategy and roadmap for custody, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive integration of new cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks into custody infrastructure.
• Optimize deposit and withdrawal processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee build, test, integration, and deployment systems in partnership with DevOps engineers.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and verbal English (C2 level).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership or senior technical roles focused on cryptocurrency.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptography, and digital asset security best practices.
• Proven experience designing secure and scalable custody solutions.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
