Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Remote; full work from home

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement features for web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Lead the integration of Stripe payment solutions for secure and seamless transactions.
• Architect efficient, scalable code structures following coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain system stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and recommend solutions based on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks and Redux.
• At least 7 years of relevant software engineering or development experience.
• Experience designing mobile apps, web apps, and websites with a strong focus on user experience.
• Ability to create effective code independently and communicate with a diverse team.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll, timesheets and rosters, or contract management solutions.
• Formal computer science or software engineering qualification.
• Startup experience.
