What you will do

• Lead development and launch of payment processing product in Luxembourg
• Translate regulatory and compliance frameworks (MiCA, EMI, VASP) into product requirements
• Coordinate across compliance, legal, sales, and tech teams to align priorities
• Define product roadmaps, track delivery, and ensure smooth launches
• Support integrations with banking partners and design scalable solutions for diverse client profiles

Requirements

• Hybrid setup in Luxembourg office
• At least 3 years experience in fintech, payments, or crypto startups
• Proven track record of launching financial products end-to-end
• Experience in compliance-driven environments (EMI, VASP, MiCA)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in English required (Russian is a plus)
