What you will do

• Develop and evolve the hirify.global Microflow editor with React and TypeScript.
• Design scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Ensure high software quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Collaborate actively in an international agile team, participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Innovate by experimenting with new tools and paradigms during dedicated crafting days.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Rotterdam
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript with deep understanding of hooks, context API, and state management.
• Passion for UX and accessibility (A11y) to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Foundational knowledge of AI principles and eagerness to integrate intelligent solutions.
