What you will do
- Develop and implement test strategies aligned with product requirements ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for software functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing milestones and deliver high-quality products.
- Perform exploratory and regression testing to maintain software stability.
- Lead and mentor junior test engineers, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and document software defects, providing actionable feedback to development teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely from Romania (Cluj-Napoca)
- English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
- 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, programming, and automation tools including C#, Cypress, Playwright, Docker, Git, and AWS.
- Experience working in agile scrum teams and API testing using Postman or Soap UI.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of risk management techniques and database technologies.
- Experience leading testing during complex integrations.
- Java programming knowledge.
