What you will do

• Support CSIRT activities including incident response, forensics, and malware analysis.
• Provide SOC support such as log and packet analysis using SIEM tools.
• Conduct IT/OT security assessments, vulnerability diagnosis, and penetration testing.
• Engage in security research and consulting across multiple domains.
• Participate in pre-sales and delivery processes collaborating with sales teams.
• Work on projects ranging from short-term (3 months) to long-term with small teams (3-4 members).

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Tokyo, Japan.
• 7+ years professional experience with at least 1 year in security-related tasks such as CSIRT, SOC, security assessment, or penetration testing.
• 2+ years experience in IT system design, construction, or cloud environments.
• Security consulting experience preferred.
• Strong desire to learn cybersecurity and information security.
• Language: Business level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) required; business level English preferred.
