• Deliver consistently high-quality work adhering to Pixlr’s visual and technical standards, including creating engaging TikTok videos.
• Proactively take on tasks, offer ideas, and confidently present design decisions during review and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, adapting to feedback and evolving project requirements smoothly.
• Bring fresh, creative solutions and perspectives that align with user preferences and current market trends, informed by thorough research.
• Fully grasp project details, deadlines, and quality expectations to ensure alignment with Pixlr’s goals, maintaining a meticulous approach.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
• Have prior experience in using graphic software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
