• Analyze released features, player feedback, and statistics.
• Set tasks for programmers, artists, and UX/UI designers.
• Analyze competitor features.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in game design, with at least 2 years in mid-core.
• Experience with meta features.
• Understanding of F2P economy.
• Experience in project monetization and goal setting.
• Basic understanding of shooter mechanics.
• Experience with Unity, Git, and Asana.
• Extensive gameplay experience in shooters.
