What you will do

• Lead and develop a tech team focused on backend product development.
• Develop server-side products using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, EntityFramework Core, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Docker.
• Design application architecture and develop high-load services.
• Review code and improve team skills.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product, and project managers to influence product development.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and agile delivery processes.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate+ English level and fluent Ukrainian.
• Proven experience in team development, people leadership, and building a high-performing culture.
• Experience with distributed, high-load systems focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong software design skills including SOLID principles, OOD, and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with delivery leadership and risk management.
• Product mindset with ability to align engineering efforts with business goals.
