Imaging Specialist (AI): Experimenting with AI tools to create still and moving imagery for concept art, visual development, and R&D with an accent on integrating AI-generated outputs into animation and VFX workflows. Focus on staying up-to-date with emerging platforms and sharing learnings within the team.

Location: Required to work from our studio in Shoreditch, London for a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Experiment with AI-based tools to create still and moving images.
• Contribute to the development of treatments, styleframes, and visual explorations.
• Support creative teams with moodboards, research, and visual references.
• Assist in integrating AI-generated outputs into wider animation and VFX workflows.
• Stay up to date with emerging platforms and share learnings with the team.
• Organise and manage generated assets for use across projects.

Requirements

• Recently graduated (or equivalent experience) in animation, VFX, film, digital art, or a related field.
• Strong visual literacy and passion for film, imagery, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.) or an eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of compositing or 3D software (e.g., After Effects, Nuke, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
