What you will do

  • Develop and execute user acquisition, re-engagement, and retargeting strategies across mobile and PC platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, KPIs, and optimize performance using tools like AppsFlyer and major ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and creative services.
  • Support ad monetization, ASO, and creative strategy development to enhance growth.
  • Participate in process improvements and automation to increase marketing efficiency.
  • Analyze data, build reporting tools, and manage AB testing to optimize campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work based in Los Angeles, United States
  • 2+ years experience in growth marketing with a focus on mobile gaming.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing performance-based user acquisition channels.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to report on campaign success.
  • Basic understanding of ad monetization, ASO, and creative strategy.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
