What you will do
- Develop and execute user acquisition, re-engagement, and retargeting strategies across mobile and PC platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, KPIs, and optimize performance using tools like AppsFlyer and major ad platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and creative services.
- Support ad monetization, ASO, and creative strategy development to enhance growth.
- Participate in process improvements and automation to increase marketing efficiency.
- Analyze data, build reporting tools, and manage AB testing to optimize campaign impact.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work based in Los Angeles, United States
- 2+ years experience in growth marketing with a focus on mobile gaming.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience managing performance-based user acquisition channels.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to report on campaign success.
- Basic understanding of ad monetization, ASO, and creative strategy.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
