Android Developer Intern

TL;DR

Android Software Engineer (Android): Designing and delivering features for a financial super app with an accent on mobile development and user experience. Focus on collaborating with product designers, prototyping new interactions, and gaining hands-on experience with the Android SDK.

Location: Hybrid role. Must be based in, or be able to relocate to, one of hirify.global's tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Relocation assistance, visa support, travel costs, and accommodation are provided.

Salary: PLN9,500 gross monthly (Krakow)

What you will do

• Collaborate with product designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Support the user experience design process from wireframes to release.
• Help define and maintain visual guidelines for app consistency.
• Prototype new interactions and iterations based on feedback.
• Gain hands-on experience with the Android SDK.
• Manage tasks, track progress, and present outcomes to global teams.

Requirements

• Must be in your penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field (graduating in 2027).
• Fluency in English.
• Full-time availability for Summer 2026.
• A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
