What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team to ensure smooth operations and goal achievement.
• Take ownership of the current app portfolio and drive the transition toward a new architecture.
• Improve team workflows by contributing to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations.
• Perform regular code reviews and provide coaching and support to help team members grow.
• Make architectural decisions that align technical solutions with business needs.
• Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of industry best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and strong knowledge of Dart (Streams, RxDart).
• Proven experience leading a development team or serving in a senior role with team responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets, with at least one Flutter app released in production.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
