What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of programmers including hiring, firing, and evaluations
• Develop and improve processes at team and project levels
• Design solution architecture and solve complex technical challenges
• Ensure stability and quality of game software through code and design reviews
• Program and refactor game logic and features
• Work with C++, Lua, Python, graphics APIs (OpenGL ES, Metal), and proprietary game engine

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in C++ and/or Unity development
• Experience releasing projects to production
• Minimum 1 year managing a programming team of 3+ people
• Confident knowledge of modern C++ standards (14/17) and STL
• Experience with popular game engines (Unity, Unreal, Godot, etc.)
• Experience developing casual mobile games
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
