What you will do

• Deliver client engagements as part of a team.
• Develop and execute security training and awareness projects for clients.
• Participate in risk assessments and security audits, providing remedies and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security practices into business processes.
• Create reports or presentations for clients.
• Draft security policies, guidelines, and control frameworks.

Requirements

• Proficient in at least one security area (network, application, endpoint, or cloud security).
• Ability to script or program in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tool development.
• Didactical skills to develop and provide trainings and crisis exercises.
• Basic understanding of security protocols, authentication, authorization, and security vulnerabilities.
• Basic capability in executing security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analyses.
• Project management skills for small projects.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA) and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Debrief and report presentations experience for external clients.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch (minimum C1).
• Willing and able to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks (BS7858 screening).
