What you will do

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Design solution architecture and consult on D365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Create and maintain automated tests.
• Lead the technical team and track team performance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform (architecture, customization, integrations, knowledge of best practices).
• Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript for D365.
• Understanding of automated testing of custom functionality in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience leading technical teams (team lead, tech lead).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (client communication).

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
