What you will do

• Analyze high-level client requirements and develop comprehensive functional solution visions.
• Understand technology capabilities and limitations to inform solution recommendations.
• Conduct project assessments for medium-scale projects (100-500K), plan project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Stay current with technological trends and market developments.
• Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with technical experts.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency in both written correspondence and verbal communication.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication abilities.
• 3+ years in solution consulting, technical sales, or client-facing roles.
• Domain expertise in at least one business vertical: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Current knowledge of industry challenges, client expectations, and competitive solutions landscape.
• Proven experience in project estimation for medium-scale initiatives.
• Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs.
• Master degree in relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
