What you will do

• Support the FSD Product Governance program lifecycle, including facilitation, training, reporting, and tool management.
• Maintain program resources, training materials, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead intake and review processes for proposals, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Support the FSD Data Privacy Champion, partnering with Legal and Compliance for compliance with US state privacy laws.
• Help develop and implement Gen AI tools to enhance program and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of applicable Operations/Governance-focused program management/product operations experience in Financial Services/Consumer credit industry
• Working knowledge of Credit regulations and US State privacy laws.
• Experience setting up new and data privacy related processes.
