What you will do
- Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape end-to-end banking journeys and solution capabilities.
- Lead requirements elicitation, identify corner cases, and ensure alignment across business and IT.
- Analyze and document banking processes and rules, including exception handling and audit needs.
- Produce high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define requirements for integrations and APIs in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Capture and manage non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery teams.
- Strong, hands-on experience in the banking/fintech domain.
- Strong capability to write clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of modern digital solutions: web applications, RESTful APIs, and data modeling basics.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bulgarian language is a must.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps (or equivalent) and working in CI/CD-oriented delivery environments.
