What you will do

• Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape end-to-end banking journeys and solution capabilities.
• Lead requirements elicitation, identify corner cases, and ensure alignment across business and IT.
• Analyze and document banking processes and rules, including exception handling and audit needs.
• Produce high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define requirements for integrations and APIs in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Capture and manage non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery teams.
• Strong, hands-on experience in the banking/fintech domain.
• Strong capability to write clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of modern digital solutions: web applications, RESTful APIs, and data modeling basics.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bulgarian language is a must.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps (or equivalent) and working in CI/CD-oriented delivery environments.
