What you will do

Translate customer priorities into high-impact use cases leveraging hirify.global.
Build demos and support the sales team in creating business cases.
Collaborate with partners to design solutions in hirify.global's Decisioning Platform.
Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunities to stakeholders.
Onboard customer teams to solve real-world problems using hirify.global.
Provide product insights based on customer feedback.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and data analytics.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English.
