What you will do

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their business needs and data requirements.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and rapidly implement them.
• Use Palantir Foundry to build applications and backend services, creating stateless functions.
• Develop full-stack solutions that integrate with existing systems and support diverse consumption models.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a similar technical role, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with the Palantir Foundry platform, including Ontology Manager, Workshop, Code Repositories, and Code Workbook.
• Experience utilizing Palantir AIP to build and deploy AI-powered solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in building and optimizing data pipelines using PySpark.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of backend development, REST API design, and stateless architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
