What you will do

• Work across many aspects of the design process, bridging experience, visual, and motion design.
• Set the bar for quality on projects, identifying opportunities to elevate work.
• Support and mentor designers of all levels, promoting an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with brand and design specialists to ensure brand principles are translated into products.
• Participate in research and strategy to generate and evaluate design opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with key client team members and engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in collaborative, highly iterative, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for effective design discussions.
• Track record of working across the product development cycle.
