What you will do

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide insights and build reports using internal and external data sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and exploratory analysis in Hex.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop data-backed recommendations for business strategy.
• Integrate new data sources to enrich the data ecosystem.
• Build and maintain data pipelines in dbt and Python.
• Leverage Google BigQuery for advanced data analysis and optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Analytics Engineer role.
• Strong proficiency with BigQuery and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for modeling and transformation workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and pipeline development.
• Experience with Hex or similar BI tools.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating external data sources into internal data warehouses.
• Background in SaaS, no-code, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and scalable analytics infrastructure.
