What you will do
- Drive content and conversation design strategy for AI-enabled experiences.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Clinical teams to design natural, human-centered AI interactions.
- Lead prompt design, testing, and iteration to guide model behavior and ensure responsible, high-quality AI outputs alongside clinical experts.
- Shape and evolve content systems, style guidelines, and reusable frameworks to scale consistent experiences across the platform.
- Mentor other designers, champion inclusive practices, and influence design culture across the organization.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or conversation design, with a portfolio demonstrating impact across both content systems and AI/conversation design.
- Proven expertise in UX writing, content strategy, and systems thinking, ideally with experience in AI or healthtech products.
- Experience designing conversational interfaces or AI-powered experiences (chatbots, LLM-based products, or virtual assistants).
- Superior communication and storytelling skills, with sensitivity to tone, inclusivity, and the mental health context.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
