What you will do

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians.
Ensure excellent manufacturing quality through process controls.
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and Operations teams.
Implement improvements to quality processes.
Support investigations into quality issues.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues.

Requirements

8+ years in hardware quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Strong background in quality engineering principles.
Experience with electro-mechanical systems is a plus.
Must be able to travel up to 30%.
