What you will do

• Search for and find solutions to customer issues.
• Analyze customers’ behavior and maintain a personalized relationship with VIP clients to meet their needs.
• Monitor customers’ performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
• Ensure product compliance according to relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.
• Proactive with good support/sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.
