What you will do

• Work alongside senior developers to build software for analytics and market-data pipelines.
• Process live ticking market data from multiple providers for immediate user access.
• Build efficient time-series historical datasets for rapid trading analysis.
• Enhance the data lifecycle from ingestion to delivery.
• Contribute to P&L and risk data pipelines for real-time and historical visibility into exposures.
• Own and deploy a summer-long analytics project to production.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a quantitative or technical field such as mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, or finance (with one year left in your academic program).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Interest or coursework in capital markets / finance.
• Work onsite in London, England, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java.
• Exposure to real-time data-streaming technologies.
