What you will do

• Have end-to-end ownership of vertical slices of our platform
• Documenting our services and communicating our offerings to other teams within hirify.global
• Defining, designing, and owning API contracts made for internal and external stakeholders
• Focus on well-designed and well-executed software, quality matters
• Be a core contributor to our Creative Engineering Group's ambitions and product offering
• Work with our stakeholders to ensure we meet customers where they are

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex, and distributed web applications
• Experience in backend development using modern technologies, primarily Node.js, Typescript, and PostgreSQL
• DevOps experience including competency with Kubernetes and messaging queues is considered an asset
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively work with different stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and project success
