What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to develop campaign strategies and translate client business goals into actionable paid media plans.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage account structure, keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy, and creative testing.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring budget pacing, KPIs, and ROI targets are achieved.
• Set up and maintain tracking and attribution through tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Analyze results, generate client reports, and present actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical campaign execution.
• Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution.
• Proven ability to manage campaign budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
