What you will do

• Provide profound technical support to partners and customers in the German-speaking market.
• Handle customer communication via web-based ticketing, telephone support, and chat.
• Own customer inquiries and aim for first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Guide customers with product system navigation and first-time installation.
• Ask targeted questions to identify root causes quickly and resolve issues concisely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to both software and hardware.

Requirements

• German: fluent level (speaking and writing)
• English: fluent
• IT education/courses and experience in the IT industry.
• Experience in customer support with strong communication skills.
• Strong technical foundation, including network concepts and Microsoft Windows OS (Linux knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with technical troubleshooting.
