Senior Cloud Development Engineer: Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD environments, automating manual processes and increasing developer productivity with an accent on advanced knowledge of CI/CD & IAC tools/technologies. Focus on multiple CI/CD environments, using tools/technologies like Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), TeamCity, Jenkins, Serverless architectures (Azure functions), Python, and PowerShell.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain multiple CI/CD environments.
• Automate manual processes for improved productivity.
• Automate software builds and CI/CD pipelines to increase developer productivity and reduce time to market.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and unblock CI issues.
• Maintain code and artifacts repositories.
• Build innovative automated solutions and tools to help debug and resolve problems in production and prevent them from recurring.

Requirements

• Requires a University Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 4 years of prior CI/CD experience (Jenkins, TeamCity, and Azure VM services to manage CI/CD systems).
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud architecture (Azure functions, Image Gallery, AKS, Az KeyVault, Az Virtual machines, …) services and their seamless integration with CI pipelines.
• Automated solution implementations for robust pipeline management using PowerShell, Python, Groovy, Docker, Ansible, Azure, etc, extracting key metrics to drive informed decisions.
• Experience with Agile development methodology (preferably SAFe/scrum).
• Hands-on with at least one configuration/deployment management system (Ansible, Terraform, Packer).
• Expertise with at least one scripting language (Groovy, Python, Powershell).
