What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to interpret customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
• Simplify the communication of technical and business content to a varied audience.
• Actively partner with the customer to document their current state, including applicable metrics to assist in defining the correct solution and support in business case creation.
• Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
• Challenge oneself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a presales capacity, or relatable technical role
• Proven ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible
• Solid understanding of leading cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Subject matter expertise on the technology and business use of one or more Digital Service Operations Management software (ie: ITSM)
• Demonstrated artistry with creating and delivering compelling demonstrations
