What you will do

• Analyze infrastructure problems, document and diagram work for hand-off, and deliver timely solutions across projects.
• Test, modify, automate, and integrate systems while contributing to current projects and long-range strategic IT planning.
• Identify technical and timeline risks early, manage client expectations, and collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and PMs.
• Drive engineering solutions, work across teams, and support operational execution in diverse platforms.
• Grow toward roles like Architect or Distinguished Engineer through certifications and on-the-job learning.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in technology domains like cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• Enterprise IT application experience and hands-on in software development, DevOps, systems administration, or AWS systems architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux OS; 5+ years in IT infrastructure and data center services.
• Strong process improvement, analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience driving engineering solutions across teams with judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture and experience with AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with IT concepts, design techniques, precision technical plans, and logic for alternative solutions.
