Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with distributed systems or search engines.
• High proficiency in Java.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with search engines like Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
• Experience with A/B testing and event-based analytics.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or start-up environments.
