What you will do

  • Proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel.
  • Manage the governance framework with clients and run key forums.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure KPI’s and targets are being met.
  • Manage business development and change requests with clients.
  • Create and maintain forecast models and invoicing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in financial services or payments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
