What you will do
- Proactively build and manage relationships with clients and their key personnel.
- Manage the governance framework with clients and run key forums.
- Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients.
- Ensure KPI’s and targets are being met.
- Manage business development and change requests with clients.
- Create and maintain forecast models and invoicing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management experience in financial services or payments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build rapport.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
